It’s okay for what I paid. I wasn’t blown away or anything, but I didn’t feel disappointed either. For the price, it feels like a fair deal.

I got this from Highland a few months back, and if I’m being honest, I don’t remember every little detail from when it first arrived, but I do know I’ve been reaching for it a lot. I’ve worn it on regular days, rainy days, and probably a few times I forgot about, and it hasn’t started fading weirdly or coming apart at the stitching.
The only thing I remember being a little off was the fit, not bad, just slightly different than what I had in my head. Aside from that, it’s been solid, and for how well it’s held up so far, I’d probably buy from them again...

It showed up later than I expected, I think. Not a huge deal, but I’m sure the shipping took a bit longer than usual.

I ordered a tartan scarf and it showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It feels really soft and the colors look just like they did in the photos. Checkout was straightforward too. Overall I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again, though I’m still expecting the compensation/credit that was mentioned to be sorted out

I had to reach out about my order, and to be fair, they replied quickly. It did take one extra message to fully get things sorted, which was a little annoying, but the person I spoke with was polite and explained everything clearly. If I were in a big rush, I might’ve been more frustrated, but for a regular order it was fine. Not a flawless experience, but overall I’d say the service was good and I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered my usual size and it fits like I expected, so that was a relief. The sleeves and length was good, not too tight and not too baggy either. I was a little unsure from the photos, but the sizing info were actually accurate. I’d order the same size again.

I used the website and it was simple enough for me to move around on it. The pages loaded fine, no weird slow thing happened, and I was able to find what I needed without too much searching around. Some of the filters maybe could be explained better or just be more clear, but overall it worked good and was easy to use for me.

I ordered a sweater and, like, the fit was totally fine, but the green was way darker in person than it looked in the photos. It’s not terrible or anything, just not really what I thought I was getting. Shipping was normal, so no issues there

You can really tell this kilt was made with care. It feels handmade in the best way, and the stitching is neat, strong, really strong. I’m happy with it.

I kind of bounced around a few other shops before ordering from highland.style, mostly because I get suspicious when prices are either too low or randomly high. This one landed somewhere in the middle, not the cheapest option I found, but it didn’t feel like I was being overcharged either. The shipping cost was shown clearly at checkout too, which I appreciate because surprise fees are the quickest way for me to close a tab. Anyway, the quality ended up matching the price well. If I spot something else I like, I’d probably order again.
